After an excursus on foreignisms in legal language, the paper focuses on the analysis of loanwords contained in Court procedings, a type of legal text that has not been systematically analysed to date. For this purpose, a representative sample of Court proceedings from the PRIN 2017 AttiChiari corpus was examined.
